Enzym Group at the Biologists Forum
The event was organized by the Scientific Society of the Biology Faculty of the I. Frank Lviv National University
At the panel discussion, Zhanna Kravchuk, Chief Innovation and Product Development Officer of Enzym Group, told how ideas become reality in our work, what challenges there are on this path, and about the power of teamwork.
We shared practical advice with the participants: how to find your first experience in the field and how not to be afraid to start.
We introduced our Biotech studios as an opportunity for them to take this first real step in their career and develop it in Ukraine, practicing in a real R&D environment. This is a place where science works in business.
We thank the organizers for the initiative, and the students for their activity, interest, and desire to change the future. Such events once again confirm that Enzym Group is a company where ideas matter, and youth is support.
Enzym Feed Solutions products as an alternative to antibiotics
Continuing the topic of the law banning the use of antibiotics in Ukrainian livestock farming, Enzym Group CEO Andriy Tsegelyk shared his vision of what this means for business in a column for Forbes Ukraine.
According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), more than 60% of farms in Ukraine use antibiotics, often without clear recommendations and as a "prophylaxis". In the new conditions, this becomes a barrier, especially for those who work or plan to enter foreign markets.
There is a solution - and it is biotechnology. For example, Enzym Feed Solutions based on yeast cells can be an effective alternative - they help maintain animal health and stable production results without the use of antibiotics as growth stimulants. This is a new basis for the industry.
In addition, Enzym Feed Solutions yeast postbiotics have shown an increase in the growth rate of calves in the first months of life.
And Iryna Matyukha, a scientist at the Enzym Group R&D center, told Agro News about the results of our work. Why is this important?
Often, the industry solves problems where they are already visible - cow productivity, milk quality, rations. But what determines these results is formed long before that.
That is why the cattle industry today is increasingly focusing on early animal development, working with microflora and strengthening natural immunity. And biotechnological products based on yeast cells are becoming one of the supporting solutions in this.
Supply Chain at Enzym Group
The supply chain has long gone beyond logistics. For a manufacturing company today, it is an architecture that determines how the business works.
What to launch into production, how much and when - all these decisions go through the supply chain in one way or another. And both operational efficiency and strategic results depend on how well this system is built.
How does this work on the example of our enterprise? In an author's column for LIGA.net, Oleksiy Oliynychuk, Chief Supply Chain Officer of Enzym Group, told us.
The recent implementation of the S&OP system is one of the key decisions for us. This is a model that combines sales, production, purchasing and finance into a single planning logic. Thanks to this, the company receives practical opportunities for development and change.

Vyshyvanka Day at Enzym Group
Traditions do not live by themselves. Someone remembers them, preserves them and passes them on. Thanks to this, embroidered shirts are still on our shoulders, and folk sayings are on our lips.
This year, on Vyshyvanka Day, Enzym employees continued old Ukrainian proverbs. They took pictures with the whole team and talked about family customs and the history of vyshyvanka.
