The Enzym Group team was honored for maintaining production—vital for food security—continuing technological transformation during the war, and consistently working on resource and energy efficiency.
Today, Ukrainian businesses face new challenges daily and are compelled to make difficult decisions. For us, resilience means the ability to adapt to circumstances, sustain critical processes, and—at the same time—maintain a long-term focus.
This approach is also embedded in our ESG strategy, which Enzym Group adopted in 2024. It enables us to systematically address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, planning changes not just for the present, but for years to come.
