PrJSC "Enzym Company" Begins the Process of Transitioning from PrJSC to LLC

The General Shareholders Meeting of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Enzym Company" decided to change the organizational and legal form of our company by transitioning into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Enzym Company"

Dear Partners and Team,

We would like to inform you that on January 20, 2025, the General Shareholders Meeting of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Enzym Company" decided to change the organizational and legal form of our company by transitioning into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Enzym Company" (EDRPOU code 00383320, registered address: Ukraine, 79014, Lviv region, Lviv city, Lychakivska Street, building 232).

What does this mean?

This is a change in the organizational and legal form. After completing all necessary procedures, we will become a Limited Liability Company "Enzym Company" with the same EDRPOU code and address.

Why are we doing this?

Management processes in private joint-stock companies (PrJSC) are complex. We aim to optimize these processes and improve operational efficiency. Transitioning to an LLC will help us achieve this.

How will these changes affect employees and partners?

The reorganization will not directly affect employees, and the company will continue to operate as usual.

At the same time, all of our obligations to partners will remain unchanged, and the company's operations will proceed without any delays.

Regarding partners and document flow, during the transition to the new organizational and legal form, the title of our CEO, Andriy Tsegelyk, will temporarily change in official documents. As required by current legislation, his title will be listed as "Chairman of the termination committee".

The entire transition process will take from 4 to 8 months. We will keep you updated and inform you promptly upon the completion of the registration of our company as a Limited Liability Company.
