We are pleased to inform you that, on June 12, 2025, in accordance with the applicable legislation, Enzym Company LLC was officially registered following the reorganization of Enzym Company PJSC (Private Joint-Stock Company).
Moving forward, Enzym Company will continue its operations in the legal form of a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
What does this mean?
This is a change in the company’s legal structure. Enzym Company LLC retains the same registration code (EDRPOU) and address.
Why are we making this change?
Our goal is to streamline internal processes and improve overall operational efficiency. The transition to an LLC will help us achieve this.
How these changes affect employees and partners?
The reorganization has had no impact on employee operations — the company continues to function as usual.
Enzym Company LLC is the sole legal successor to all rights and obligations of Enzym Company PJSC, which means that all existing agreements and contracts remain valid and do not require renegotiation.
