These are practical classes in the Enzym Group's R&D laboratory and mentoring sessions with our employees and scientists. We accept applications from students until November 10.
We will study industrial processes for the production of yeast, extracts, and cell walls. We will also work with analytical equipment to determine the main indicators of finished products.
