This year, the company chose the format of a Charity Fair instead of a loud celebration. Every dish, decoration, or souvenir served as a donation. Altogether, we raised ₴1,100,000 for Enzym employees defending Ukraine on the most challenging fronts.
The atmosphere of the Charity Fair - how it unfolded
On the day of the event, a large number of people gathered — the best testament to solidarity, compassion, and willingness to support one’s own. The company premises were transformed into an authentic fair, filled with decorations, sweets, handmade items, and more. At the registration desk, guests received a straw basket containing gifts, bonuses, and warm symbols of our values.
The Enzym certificates received could be spent on any items or donated in full. Additional bonuses were awarded to those who had done good deeds throughout the year — on their own initiative and for the common good. These were Enzym employees who dedicated a day to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, donated blood, conducted tours or lectures for students, or played football.
At the Charity Fair, there was also a booth selling items crafted by our employees. Handicrafts, embroidery, flowers, treats, and more were available there.
The CEO, Andriy Tsehelyk, gave a congratulatory speech and presented awards to the best teams and employees who most vividly embody our values.
Еveryone also danced to the music of the ethno band 'Eteria'. The festive atmosphere became even warmer, and the songs added rhythm to the celebration.
