One of the main company news items is the completion of the reconstruction of the house at 46 Konovalets Street in Lviv, which was damaged by Russian shelling in September 2024. Residents can now return to their homes.
Enzym Group became part of the rebuilding effort under the “Take a House Under Your Wing” initiative — we made our contribution in cooperation with Kormotech. The project was also supported by the Lviv IT Cluster Charitable Foundation.
“The restoration of this house was made possible thanks to the joint efforts of responsible businesses, local government, and caring individuals. From the start, we understood: it’s more than walls — it’s about safety, dignity, and the future,” said Andriy Tsehelyk, CEO of Enzym Group.
Team at Meest Run the World in Lviv
This year, the “Lviv Ten” event brought together more than 2,500 runners, including representatives from Enzym Group.
The run was not just about sport, but also support. The main goal was to raise funds for the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo and the 25th Transport Aviation Brigade.
Nineteen members of Enzym took part in distances from 1 to 10 km. Every participant had an amazing experience.
“I really enjoyed the run! These 5 km were a true push to start running. I feel motivated to keep going,” shared Vasyl Oleksiv, our automated packaging machine operator.
“Everything was organized at the highest level. The 10 km distance turned out to be an interesting challenge. I crossed the finish line with a time of 01:03:20 and great satisfaction,” said Nataliya Yatsyshyn, our foreign trade manager.
We took care of the energy of participants by giving out Enzym Group’s superfood Flakes.
Enzym Group at International Events
The R&D center team, together with its director Olena Krasovska, attended the 38th International Specialized Symposium on Yeasts (ISSY38).
For the first time in 60 years, the symposium was held in Warsaw under the theme “Yeasts — a universal tool.” The discussions focused especially on scale‑up and the development of yeast‑based products.
According to our team, ISSY38 clearly showed that the future of yeast biotechnology lies in full control over strain properties. This means that our R&D center can further develop strain optimization tailored to specific functional profiles.
We also presented our yeast products in Washington at the Taste Ukraine exhibition — the first presentation of Ukrainian food industry in the United States.
“Taste Ukraine is not just about export contracts today, but also about increasing visibility, telling the story of Ukrainian food, and preparing the ground for partnership with the US in the coming years,” emphasized Yuriy Kuzmyak.
We strive to show the world that Ukraine is also a producer of high-quality and cutting-edge solutions ready to become part of global supply chains. Despite daily challenges of war, our enterprises fulfill international contracts on time, adopt innovations, and create products of the future.
Participation in Industry Events in Ukraine
Looking for new partnerships, showcasing products, and surveying market trends are important factors that influence what the company develops and focuses on during industry events.
Our Enzym Bakery Solutions team recently presented new products at the Khlib.ua conference.
Enzym Feed Solutions participated in the National Farm Day. The team connected with new farms and potential partners.
And the International Congress “Profitable Pig Farming”, where we were also represented, is the most significant event in Ukraine’s pig farming sector. Our participation strengthens brand recognition and interest in it.
Kormotech Celebrates 22 Years
Every year, this is not just a celebration for us but a reason to take pride in who this company has become — part of the family business of the Vovk family. Twenty-two years ago, from a family business, Kormotech began to develop into a global company, now ranking among the top 55 players in the world.
To mark its 22nd anniversary, they initiated a 22‑day Marathon of Good Deeds within the company.
We at Enzym Group are happy to see how Kormotech’s ideas are transformed into deeds that inspire and change. We could not stay on the sidelines. Thus, we joined by supporting the “Gift a Tree to the City” campaign, and soon seedlings will appear near Kormotech’s Lviv office on behalf of the company.
We congratulate Kormotech on its birthday and all those involved!
