This award is a recognition of several years of work by a team that changes approaches, questions the usual every day, and builds a system that can grow with the company.
Among our key results from the moment of Lean implementation in 2022 and until 2025:
- 186 million UAH of savings in production costs - the result of the work of focus improvement teams
- 1008 ideas submitted in 2025 and 74.7% of them were implemented
- 64,5% - the average rate of replacing natural gas with biogas of our own production
Lean has never been a separate project or set of tools for us. It is a journey we take together: from the first teams and initiatives to a culture of continuous improvement, where everyone can be part of the change.
