The researchers discussed how food biotechnology can solve global problems of humanity: population growth, resource scarcity and mass malnutrition. Our strength in this context is yeast cell research, as the appropriate strains are able to better meet the demand for high-protein foods. We continue to work on this to stay one step ahead.
