The Enzym Food Solutions team has returned from the conference “Meat Business. Sauces and seasonings”

At the conference, I presented our innovations among industry leaders. Modern production technologies, product quality, and increased shelf life were the main topics of the event. 

Our colleagues explained how revolutionary yeast-based solutions can improve the taste of the product, add umami, reduce salt and preserve the naturalness of the composition. We appreciate the interest of the conference participants in our products and are working to improve industry standards further.
