One of them, the Forum of Brewers, Distillers and Beverage Producers, was attended by the Enzym Alcohol Solutions team. The Enzym team got acquainted with leading brewers, trends and technological life hacks. They learned about brewery production and craft brewing. A charity auction was held at the forum to raise UAH 148,300 for our military. The lot from Enzym Group was a tour of the production facility.
We also visited the “Strong Craft” forum. This is a large-scale congress of manufacturers, industry experts and restaurateurs. Yuriy Pyniaga from the Enzym Group R&D Center presented our fermentation products - Extra Alcohol Lviv Yeast and Pervak Yeast Turbo Mix, which ferment sugar-containing brews efficiently and quickly. This allows you to get an excellent strong drink in just three days. Many manufacturers are already using them.
