Colleagues from Enzym Bakery Solutions attended the International Food and Packaging Forum, where they presented new products and learned about technological and baking market trends. Last year, we developed and manufactured 6 new products and revised the composition of our baking mixes, focusing on removing ingredients with an E-index. This is an important global trend that makes food healthier.
This initiative will also allow our partners to have an advantage in the market, as consumers will receive higher quality products.
